Avis des clients sur EXP Moving Belgium

Very responsive, professional, and efficient from start to finish. We booked a complex double move — one apartment and one house, everything going to a single address — and the team handled it with calm and precision throughout. The only unexpected moment came at the final address: the floor we’d indicated was the 6th, but with the exceptionally high ceilings in the building, the height was closer to a 10th or 11th floor in standard terms. The lift we had originally planned for turned out to be too short — but the team immediately sourced a larger one without any fuss, and we were not charged for the wait. Every item arrived safely, nothing was damaged. Truly impressive how they turned a potential problem into a non-event. We couldn’t be happier with the experience — thank you Marianne and the whole team!

~ So F

My husband and I had the opportunity to use the EXP Moving services, and we are just so impressed with how everything was handled. We've had a number of disappointments in the past (with International movers included), which is not the case at all with EXP - they provide well priced, professional and reliable service which we'd highly recommend. We are more than satisfied with the results of their work! They have handled and fulfilled their assignment very correctly, and impressively well - since the beginning to the end of the process. We highly recommend EXP moving services, and will not hesitate to move again with them if needed. Great experience, top service! The Slavovs ~ Stoyanka S

We recently used Exp Moving for our moving, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From the very beginning, the entire team was professional, organized, and incredibly positive. Moving can be a stressful experience, but their friendly attitude and confidence made the whole process much easier and more pleasant. They handled all of our belongings with great care and attention, making sure everything was properly protected and transported safely. We were especially impressed by the way they took extra precautions in our new home, carefully protecting the parquet flooring and treating the property with the utmost respect. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail truly stood out. It is clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. We highly recommend Exp Moving to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving company. Thank you to the whole team for making our move such a smooth and positive experience ~ Elisabetta R

Uitstekende ervaring met EXP Moving! Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Alles dik in orde. ~ Kris M

We had a great experience with EXP Moving when moving from Luxembourg to Brussels. From the moment I asked for a quote, I understood the team works seriously and is very attentive to details. Everything was well planned, including a visit to the building in Brussels to make sure that an external lift could be used smoothly. The day of the move, the movers were very careful is disassembling and carrying with our furniture, and same for carrying everything in our new apartment. The staff is professional, efficient and competent. I highly recommend! ~ Alessia R

The Exp Moving team did a local move for us and it was very good quality service for a fair price. The team was very professional and took care to protect furniture and avoid bumping into walls and doors. One of the movers was a professional at dismantling and reassembling bulky furniture. They also had all the types of lifts and equipment needed to get furniture to the right spot. Can recommend this company. ~ Morgan D

~ Daniel

This team is seriously good. Moving is not easy but they make the whole process stress free. I used them to move out, store furniture whilst we renovated, and then move again, so plenty of experience with them. Brilliant from a to z. Marianne runs the place with professionalism, good humour and understanding, and the removal team were superb. ~ James A

There’s no words to express how happy I am with the way this team took care of our moving. They were friendly, professionals and they even had to deal with some unpredictable situations for which they found a solution and only leaving us when the job was completely done. Amazing. I will reference them with 6 stars. Thank you EXP Moving!!! ~ Susana P

~ Caroline H

We had a great experience with EXP. Our move was scheduled at 8 in the morning. They were on time and got right to work. The packing was done carefully and professionally. It was not possible to install a lift at the destination so the 2 guys helped by moving the stuff themselves. All in all, EXP is very value for money. ~ Ashutosh R

~ Ludwig V

Great team and great service. I have moved across more than 7 countries and 9 apartments, and this has been so far one of the smoothest . The team was incredibly efficient, professional and energetic, and the support from their office was very timely and proactive. Highly recommended! ~ William A
